Shipping and Return Policy
MBD products ship USPS Priority Mail or Priority International. In-stock carriers will be mailed within 2 days of receipt of payment.
Returns:We will accept returns in new condition within 2 weeks of delivery. New condition means unwashed and free from smoke, perfume, or other strong odors, animal hairs, dirt, and with original packaging intact.
Repairs:MAMA BY DESIGN, LLC will perform all repairs for free for up to six months for original owners with the original purchase receipt. Gift receipts are available by request at time of purchase. After that time, we will continue to replace defective hardware at our cost, all other repairs will be charged shop rates. We consider the lifetime of a Baby Carrier to be 3 years with moderate use. Like any fabric item, hard use and frequent washing will cause it to wear out sooner. If we determine a product to be unsafe or unrepairable, we reserve the right to keep it out of circulation for safety's sake. Owners of products with sentimental value which have pased their useable lifetime will be given the option of having the artwork removed and re-set into a different application. For example, Custom Panels with applique and embroidery can be removed from Baby Carriers and made into wall hangings, quilts or throw pillows.
All warranties are voided if any alterations are found to have been made to a MAMA BY DESIGN, LLC product by any party other than MAMA BY DESIGN, LLC.
